Danbury 22-Year-Old Charged In Death Of Ccsu Student A Fairfield County man has been charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of a student at Central Connecticut State University in Hartford County. Brandon Maynard, of Danbury, age 22, was charged on Wednesday, Aug. 9 for the death of Saradina "Sara" Redman, age 21, who was found unresponsive in her residence hall on the CCSU campus in New Britain on Sunday, Feb. 26.
