The arrests occurred in Hartford County on Friday, April 19, at an undisclosed hotel in Hartford. According to Lt. A man has been arrested after authorities said he was caught planning to traffic a teen girl for money in Connecticut. The New Haven County incident was investigated by the FBI and Meriden Police Department, leading to the arrest of 35-year-old Gary Taylor on Thursday, March 21. A Connecticut man who had a “sex dungeon” and attempted to pay for "limitless" sex with a child has been sentenced to nearly 29 years in federal prison. Simon Hessler, 48, formerly of Ellington, has been sentenced to nearly 29 years in federal prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release over child exploration offenses. Police are refuting rumors of human trafficking incidents at a popular area mall. A man accused of running a “slave training” business has been arrested in connection with a human trafficking investigation in Connecticut. Three women are in police custody for allegedly running a prostitution operation out of a Connecticut massage parlor.
