Watch: Car Bursts Into Flames After Slamming Into Parked Vehicles Connecticut police believe the driver who caused a fiery crash in New Haven County earlier this week was intoxicated and speeding.  Police released surveillance video of the Monday, Oct. 7, crash that shows a car blow through a stop sign, slam into a row of parked vehicles, and burst into flames near the intersection of East Main Street and Kingston Drive in Ansonia. Investigators believe the driver was speeding and intoxicated when they jumped the curb and crashed. Motorcyclist Found Dead On Roadway ID'd Police have identified a motorcyclist found lying in the roadway following a crash. Kevin Parham, 55 of Norwalk, formerly an Ansonia resident, was found around 7 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 29, at the intersection of East Main, Main, North Main and State streets in Ansonia, said Ansonia Police Lt. Patrick Lynch. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the cause of death to be blunt trauma and the manner to be accidental.
