Caught On Camera: Suspect Burglarizing Vehicles In Norwalk Police are seeking the public’s assistance as they search for a suspect who was caught on camera burglarizing several cars in the area over the weekend. The Norwalk Police Department released surveillance photos of the suspect, who was caught on camera at approximately 2 a.m. on March 24 after burglarizing three unlocked vehicles in the Deepwood Lane and Knollwood Road neighborhood.
