Man, 30, Busted On Weapons Charges After Banging On CT Hotel Room Door, Police Say A 30-year-old man was busted on weapons charges after police allegedly found him banging on a Connecticut motel room door, police said.  Raquan Brown, of the Bronx, was arrested Saturday, April 13, in New Haven County in Milford when the Milford Police Department received a complaint from the Milford Inn regarding a man with a firearm. Police: Man Parked At Diner In Wilton Caught With Cocaine, Paraphernalia A Westchester man parked outside a Fairfield County diner is facing drug charges after being caught with cocaine and allegedly smoking marijuana in the parking lot, police said. Officers from the Wilton Police Department approached Bronxville resident Gustavo Paulino in his car at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 2 at Orem’s Diner when they smelled burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle.
