The 700-seat theater, located at 71 Wall St., was originally built in 1915 and has been transformed into a next-generation performance space that will showcase professional music, comedy, dance and stage performances.  In keeping with the 100-year-old history of the building, the blade and marquee sign will serve as a beacon for emerging artists and performers showcasing their talents.
