All-Conference Boys Basketball Players Named

Players from Staples, Stamford and state champion Trinity Catholic High School highlight the boys basketball All-FCIAC teams. The Fairfield County Interscholastic Athletic Conference announced its first team, second team and divisional teams Friday.

Staples' Gabe Seidman was honored twice, named to the All-FCIAC first team and the All-FCIAC defensive team. Trinity Catholic senior Jonathan Boykin was the only other player from the Main Street Connect readership area named to the first team.

Tyler Schular of Brien McMahon, Luis Briddter of Stamford, Kevin Bentivegna of Fairfield Ludlowe, and Tony Dobbinson and Chris Walter of Westhill were named to the All-FCIAC second team.

At the divisional level, Luke Yeager and Jake Felman of Staples and Antoine Boyd were named All-FCIAC West. Andre McCrae of Brien McMahon, Eric Krummins of Fairfield Ludlowe, and Danny Turkvan and Anthony Davis of Stamford were named All-FCIAC Central. Trinity Catholic's Schadrac Casimir, New Canaan's Chris Rama, and Fairfield Warde's Kareem Mundle were named All-FCIAC East.
