NORWALK, Conn. -- Officers Tony DePanfilis, Matt Nyquist and Jose Silva are the Norwalk Police Department's Officers of the Month for May 2016. 

All three were recognized for subduing a man armed with a knife after he threatened the officers' lives and refused commands to drop the weapon. They subdued him with a taser.
