NORWALK, Conn. — A man has been arrested and charged with stealing over $3,000 worth of cutting saws from a paving contractor during a commercial burglary on Bouton Street, Norwalk police said.
Detective Brendan Collins quickly determined a person of interest in the burglary, which occurred Sept. 7, police said. Collins located and recovered the stolen items, as well as executed two search warrants on a residence and a vehicle.
He obtained an arrest warrant for Jose Concepcion, who was taken into custody at an apartment at 261 Ely Ave. on Tuesday, Sept. 12.
Concepcion was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, and second-degree criminal mischief Bond was set at $75,000.
