NORWALK, Conn. -- Dorothy Q. Hartnett, a resident of Norwalk, died Wednesday, March 23. She was 100.

She was born on March 17, 1916, to John and Mary Quinn. She graduated from Stamford High School in 1934. She was a member of St. Jerome's Church and a volunteer at Norwalk Hospital for 25 years.

She is survived by a nephew, niece, and several cousins.

She was predeceased by her husband, James F. Hartnett.

Burial services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Norwalk Hospital Volunteers and the Woman's Scripture Group at St. Jerome's Church, 23 Half Mile Road, Norwalk, CT 06851.
