NORWALK, Conn. -- The Scribner Avenue on-ramp to I-95 northbound in Norwalk will be closed to traffic on Monday, Nov. 25, due to planned repaving work, the Connecticut Department of Transportation announced.

The northbound on-ramp at Exit 14 will be closed from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., Monday, for resurfacing of the existing ramp, DOT said.
