The Connecticut Fan Favorite program is accepting nominations and votes for the Connecticut town that best embodies the state’s promotional slogan, “Still Revolutionary.” The towns qualify “by being a home for original ideas, inspiration and innovation,” the contest website says.

The contest is also looking for the best businesses and attractions for visitors within those towns. Businesses in each town are encouraged to ask their customers and fans to vote for them in the contest.

The Office of Culture and Tourism will make a video highlighting the attractions of the winning town, including its most popular attraction. The other members of the top 10 will also get help with their own promotional campaigns from the office.

Each voter will also be entered into a drawing for a four-day trip to the Connecticut River Valley. Voters do not have to live in Connecticut to be eligible.

Voting is open through May 15 at the Office of Culture and Tourism Facebook page. For more information, visit the department’s website.
