Greenwich High School student Eliza Kruger has been linked romantically to Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez, the New York Post reported Wednesday.[breakhere]
The two apparently met at a New York nightclub on New Years Eve and Kruger, 17, later bragged on Facebook of a late night rendezvous with Sanchez at his New Jersey home. Kruger took photos of a messed up bed, football helmets and childhood photos as "proof," the New York Post said.
"We went back to his place in Jersey after dinner," Kruger said to Deadspin.com. "He lives on a golf course. There was a big storm."
The attractive blonde is the daughter of Konrad "Chip" Kruger, a former partner with Five Mile Capital Partners in Stamford. Her father was also co-chief executive of Greenwich NatWest and served as co-president and co-CEO of Greenwich Capital Markets.
Kruger's mother, Marie Kruger, reportedly said, "I don't think she wants to talk. We're really trying to shut this down."
