A mostly sunny Monday with temperatures nearing 70 degrees could lead into a chance of showers beginning Monday night and continuing through the week, according to Accuweather.com.

“It looks like Monday should be a dry day with some light winds,” said Carl Erickson, senior meteorologist at Accuweather.com. “On Tuesday, we could see temperatures above 70 degrees in the county but near the water it should be a good 10 to 15 degrees cooler than that. There may be morning showers on Tuesday and some more showers on Thursday.”

There should be a slight chance of showers Tuesday morning with a high of 67 and low of 52 into the evening.

Wednesday should remain dry for most of the day with highs into the low-60s.

Temperatures on Thursday could drop into the 50s again with some cooler afternoon showers leading into more showers in the evening.
