Move and Meditate

Maybe meditation hasn't worked for you in the past because you're too antsy to sit still for very long. The ancient Chinese art of Qi Gong is a meditative practice that uses slow graceful movements and controlled breathing to promote the flow of qi, or energy, in the body. Try it out this Tuesday, May 18 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at New Canaan's Ananda Healing Center with Andy Sinn, a multiple blackbelt in various disciplines with an extensive background in self-healing.
