NORWALK, Conn. -- A new non-dairy, vegan and gluten-free ice cream option is about to roll into town.
Cocoanuts, a food truck serving Thai rolled ice cream and desserts, will be parked outside the South Norwalk Ice Rink starting in late October.
The truck, owned by Tyler Moss of Bun Burger Bun food truck fame, is all about using allergen friendly ingredients, especially those inspired by the seasons.
Expect ice cream flavors like avocado cream, frozen hot cocoa, maple bacon, and pumpkin spice. Thanks to a partnership with Izzy B’s, they will also serve allergy friendly Ice cream cookie sandwiches.
