Millbrook Man Struck Woman With Lamp, Police Say MILLBROOK, N.Y.– State Police were called to a Millbrook home after a call that there had been a domestic dispute on the evening on Sunday Oct. 4.   When the police arrived, they determined that a woman at the residence had been struck in the head with a lamp causing a cut to her scalp and a fractured arm.
