Bobby Megel, 28, of New Haven was arrested Monday by Westport Police on two counts of second-degree larceny. Bridgeport Police Identify Homicide Victim As 33-Year-Old City Man BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — The man shot to death in Bridgeport on Thursday evening has been identified by police as 33-year-old Noel Esbri, the Connecticut Post said.  It was the ninth homicide of the year in the state's largest city.  Esbri had been shot once when he arrived at the home of a friend at 360 Palisade Ave. at 6:45 p.m., police told the Post.
