Nearly $74K In Grants Awarded To North Castle Library ARMONK, N.Y. – The North Castle Public Library has received $73,721 in library construction grants to improve both locations in Armonk and North White Plains. The North White Plains branch will receive $53,765 to upgrade exterior lighting, support expanded computer usage and provide additional space for library programming.
