Teresa P. (Scampato) Frank, 96, Fair Lawn Resident FAIR LAWN, N.J. – Teresa P. (Scampato) Frank, of Fair Lawn, died Thursday, June 30. She was 96. Born and raised in New York City, she lived in Fair Lawn for 67 years. A parishioner of St. Anne Roman Catholic Church in Fair Lawn, she was a member of the Rosary Society for 50 years and a member and past president of the Third Order of St. Francis. She was also a member of the Fair Lawn Senior Center.
