NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- Join one of Connecticut Audubon Society's teacher/naturalists and learn how to identify Connecticut's birds by sight and sound.

You'll learn who is at the feeder at this time of year, their feeding habits and their characteristics. You'll also learn ways to attract birds to your feeder at this time of year, what bird feeder and seed varieties to use, and where to place feeders. 

This event takes place Saturday, Jan. 17, at 1 p.m. Read more about this event online.

Library hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
