CT Man Missing In Water Rescued By Police A Fairfield County man was rescued from the water by police after he was reported missing. The incident took place around 6 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 9, in Westport, said Lt. Police ID Teen Pulled From Frozen New Haven Pond A teen who has been missing since last year has been identified as the person pulled from a frozen Connecticut pond. Brandon Jenkins, age 18, was found Saturday, Jan. 30, when a passerby called 911 to report a body in the ice-covered Duck Pond of Edgewood Park in New Haven, New Haven Police said.
