CT Resident Accused Of Making Racial Slur, Spitting At Man After Crash A Fairfield County man was arrested for allegedly spitting in the face of a Hispanic man and yelling racial slurs following a traffic accident. The incident took place in Fairfield at the Stop & Shop gas station around 5:20 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3. Fairfield Police responded to Villa Avenue for a crash. Once on the scene, police saw Stephen Saint Raymond, age 58, of Bridgeport, yelling and hitting the front of the other driver’s car, said Lt. Michael E. Suspect In CT Shooting Critical After Crashing Car, Police Say A 25-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries following a shooting and police pursuit that ended in a crash in Fairfield County. Mark Anthony Febres, of Bridgeport, was arrested following the incident that started around 10:45 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 24, when a Bridgeport Police received a Shotspotter activation on Helen Street, said Scott Appleby, director of emergency management. Officers on patrol located the vehicle and driver responsible for the shooting incident and attempted a motor vehicle stop, Appleby said.
