CT 19-Year-Old Seriously Injured In Route 1 Crash Police are searching for witnesses to a crash on a Connecticut roadway that left a 19-year-old man seriously injured. The New London County incident occurred on Friday, July 12 in the town of Old Lyme, Connecticut State Police said. Just before 1 a.m., the teen was driving north on Route 1, or Boston Post Road, in a Honda HR-V LX. Near the intersection of Boggy Hole Road, the teen lost control of the SUV, veered onto the left side of the roadway, and hit a parked car sitting in a nearby driveway, according to police. Crash Causes Tractor-Trailer To Fall From I-95 Onto Route 1 In CT Two drivers were hospitalized after a three-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer on I-95 in Connecticut. The New Haven County crash happened in Milford at about 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, according to Connecticut State Police. A 2000 Toyota Camry CE was traveling on I-95 southbound near Exit 29B when the driver tried to overtake a 2016 Honda CR-V EX using the right shoulder, authorities said.  The Toyota sideswiped the Honda before it struck a tractor-trailer, police said.  The crash caused the driver of the tractor-trailer to lose control and roll over the guard rai…

CT Man Arrested For Allegedly Stealing $220 Worth of Merchandise From Store A man was arrested for allegedly shoplifting from a popular Connecticut department store.  The Milford Police Department reported that the 45-year-old New Haven man was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Wednesday, July 6. He is accused of stealing more than $220 worth of merchandise from Boscov's.  The business is located at the Connecticut Post Mall at 1201 Boston Post Road (Route 1).
