Road Race Arrest: Wallingford Man Nabbed After Fleeing State Police A Connecticut man who was allegedly racing another driver on Route 15 was nabbed by state police after fleeing. New Haven County resident Dakotah Chiodo. age 22, of Wallingford, was arrested on Wednesday, June 21 after state police tracked him to his home.
