Waterbury Man Admits To Violating Sex Offender Registration Act A Connecticut man has pleaded guilty to two counts of failing to register as a sex offender. New Haven County resident Christopher Poskus, age 47, of Waterbury, pleaded guilty to the charges on Thursday, Oct. 14, according to Leonard Boyle, acting United States attorney for the District of Connecticut. The Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act requires sex offenders to register and keep their registration current in the jurisdictions where they live, work or go to school.
