Connecticut Man Charged With Reckless Driving After Crash, Police Say A 50-year-old Fairfield County man is facing charges after police said he drove recklessly and hit a parked vehicle.  At about 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 14, officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash in the 500 block of Smith Ridge Road, according to the New Canaan Police Department.
