The incident took place in New Haven County around 9 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 13 in Wallingford at 327 South Elm St. According to Lt. Woman Killed In Chain-Reaction CT Crash A woman was killed in a chain-reaction crash in Fairfield County. It happened just before 1:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 15 on Route 8 in Bridgeport. Toyota Corolla was traveling in the left lane southbound on Route 8 southbound as three other vehicles, a KIA Cadenza, Nissan Altima, and Toyota Camry, were traveling in the right lane near Exit 3, said Connecticut State Police. More Than 500K Hyundai, Kia Vehicles Being Recalled For Backward Turn Signals Hyundai and Kia are recalling more than 550,000 vehicles in the US that may have turn signals that flash in the opposite direction of what the driver intended. The recall includes some Hyundai Sonata models between 2015 and 2017; Hyundai Sonata gas-electric hybrids produced in 2016 and 2017; and Kia Sedona minivan models between 2015 and 2017. According to the automakers, the problem is caused by software in a junction box that is improperly interpreting the signals being made by the driver.
