A vape shop employee was charged with alleged possession of more than one kilo of pot during a warrant search in Fairfield County. The search occurred in Norwalk on Wednesday, March 13 at the Smoke House 1 Vape Shop on Connecticut Avenue. According to Lt. CT Woman Nabbed For Stabbing Man In Leg, Police Say
A Connecticut woman was nabbed for allegedly stabbing a man in the leg in a Fairfield County parking lot. The incident occurred on Friday, Dec. 1, in Norwalk in the parking lot on Connecticut Avenue. Lt. Tomasz Podgorski of the Norwalk Police said officers found the man after receiving a call for a person needing medical aid in the parking lot. An investigation found the man was a victim of domestic violence; the suspect was identified as New Haven County resident Yessica Paola Jimenez, age 49, of Seymour. Man Found Dead Outside CT CVS
Police are investigating after a man was found dead outside of a Fairfield County CVS store. The incident took place in Norwalk around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 5 at the store on Connecticut Avenue. According to Norwalk Police Deputy Chief Joe Dinho, officers responded to the store for a report of an unresponsive man in a vehicle. Man Who Allegedly Robbed CT Gas Station With Knife Charged
A Fairfield County man who allegedly robbed a gas station with a knife for cigarettes and a lighter was caught in a nearby commercial building. Sean Hassan Jarrett, age 29, of Norwalk, was a short time after the 8:30 p.m. robbery of the gas station on Connecticut Avenue on Tuesday, July 18 in Norwalk. According to Sgt. Sofia Gulino of the Norwalk Police, officers were able to investigate the robbery and nab Jarrett within 30 minutes of the crime. Man Wanted For Using Credit Card Stolen From Car At CT Walmart
The Norwalk Police Detective Bureau is requesting public assistance in identifying a man who used a stolen credit card. The credit card was stolen during a motor vehicle burglary on Gregory Boulevard which occurred on Sunday, Aug. 2 before being used at Walmart on Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk at 1:45 p.m. that day, police said.
