MGM Springfield Fined For Multiple Underage Violations The Massachusetts Gaming Commission has levied thousands of dollars worth of fines to MGM Springfield for failing to prevent underage gambling inside the facility. The Commission issued an $18,000 fine to the casino for repeated violations after failing to protect and prevent underage gamblers from placing wages, being in the gaming area, and consuming alcohol on the premise.
