CT Driver Dies After Crashing Into Semi In 1-95 Rest Area A 63-year-old man died after crashing a car into a semi-truck at a rest area in Connecticut. The crash happened in New Haven County in the Milford Rest Area on I-95 southbound near Exit 41 at about 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 30, Connecticut State Police reported. Police said a 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5 S struck the rear of a 2016 Freightliner Tractor that was stopped in the fire lane of the rest area. Authorities said it is not known why the Nissan struck the Freightliner.  The driver of the Nissan, identified as Brian Lambert, of West Haven, was killed in the crash, authorities said.&n…

Troopers received reports of a crash on Route 2 eastbound near Exit 95 in Fitchburg shortly after 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 12, Massachusetts State Police reported. State Police said Fitchburg Fire and EMS also responded to the scene. The man 68-year-old man was killed in New Haven County around 9:35 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 26 at the intersection of East Main Street at North Elm Street in Waterbury. It happened around 11:25 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 9, in Worcester County. A Freightliner truck northbound on I-495 in Milford veered out of its lane, struck the median guardrail, and rode up and over it, coming to rest approximately halfway off the bridge over Route 16, Massachusetts State Police said. CT Man Facing Charges After Fatal Mass Turnpike Crash One person was killed in a crash involving a Freightliner tractor-trailer, a 2020 Toyota Camry, and a 2008 Toyota Sienna van in Western Massachusetts.
