Nor'easter: Travel Ban To Take Effect; Blizzard Warning Issued For Part Of State Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont is cautioning that residents should batten down the hatches and stay inside as the state prepares for a major Nor’easter that could bring more than a foot of snow and whipping winds to the region.
