Man Found Floating In CT Harbor Police have identified a man whose body was found floating by a boater. Christian Bernadel, age 26, of Stamford, was found in Norwalk Harbor around 9:40 a.m., Tuesday, June 27, after police received a report from a boater, said Lt. Joe Dinho, of the Norwalk Poice. Norwalk Police Marine Unit and Norwalk Fire Marine Unit responded to the location and recovered Bernadel. ID Released For Hiker Who Fell To His Death From Cliff On Housatonic River A hiker who died after falling from a cliff at a park on the Housatonic River in Connecticut has been identified as a Fairfield County resident. Joao P. Lucas, age 39, of Danbury, died on Sunday, April 4, after being reported missing by others he was hiking at Lover's Leap State Park in New Milford, said DEEP Spokesman Will Healey.
