A former candidate for Connecticut governor, "Oz" Griebel, was struck by a car in Pennsylvania.

Richard Nelson "Oz" Griebel was hit by a car while jogging on Tuesday, July 21, according to WFSB, and is being treated for injuries.

Griebel is the former president and CEO of the MetroHartford Alliance. He ran for governor as an independent in 2018.
