A Westchester County man has been accused of exposing himself to an employee at a hotel on Long Island. Officers responded to the Red Roof Inn located in East Garden City at 699 Dibblee Drive at around 12:15 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 4 for a report of a 33-year-old female employee who was approached by a male occupant who exposed himself while touching his genitals, Nassau County Police said. CT Man Sentenced For Enticing Minor To Engage In Sexual Activities
A registered sex offender from Connecticut will spend nearly 20 years behind bars after enticing a teenager to engage in sexual activities. Windsor resident Andrew Cunningham, 39 has been sentenced to 216 months in prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release, after pleading guilty to charges late last year. In March 2017, Cunningham began communicating with a 13-year-old girl on Omegle, a website and mobile app designed to pair strangers for text and video chants. Engineer Who Lived In Area Sentenced For Attempt To Lure Child For Sex
A 26-year-old former Westchester resident who attempted to lure a child to engage in sexual activity was sentenced to 10 years probation and must register as a sex offender. The sentencing was delivered by Westchester County Court Judge Susan Cacace. The court approved his probation transfer to Erie County where he now resides. A former assistant varsity coach in Westchester has been sentenced for having sexual contact with a minor. Tyler Sick, the 30-year-old from Tarrytown who taught in New York City and acted as a wrestling coach at Edgemont High School, pleaded guilty in court on over the summer to two counts of rape after being accused of having sex with a teenage girl in Greenburgh in 2016. A registered sex offender in Fairfield County who was convicted of sexual abuse in 1989 is facing new charges after allegedly failing to disclose his new address in Norwalk. Westport Avenue resident Moses Thomas, 63, was charged with failure to register as a sexual offender this week after failing to report his address change in Fairfield County.
