15-Year-Old In Stolen Dump Truck Takes Police On High-Speed, Multi-Municipality Chase A 15-year-old Stratford juvenile was arrested after he stole a dump truck from the Stratford Public Works property and then took police on a high-speed chase. The incident took place around 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 10, when Stratford Police officers located the stolen vehicle as it was being driven through the Home Depot parking lot on Barnum Avenue, said Stratford Police Capt. Five Suspects, Including Four Juveniles, Charged In String Of Stratford Car Burglaries Five people, including four juveniles, were arrested for burglarizing cars after an off duty officer spotted them in action. Officers responded to the area of Cutspring Road in Stratford and Chesire Street around 1 a.m. Monday to investigate a report of several suspicious people, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti.
