Man Shot Multiple Times At Restaurant In Bridgeport A 23-year-old man was shot multiple times at a restaurant in Bridgeport. It happened shortly after midnight on Sunday, Sept. 15 at  Flavorz Famous Chicken and Fish on 1653 Barnum Ave. The victim was transported by ambulance to Bridgeport Hospital suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, Bridgeport PD Captain Brian Fitzgerald said. The man was treated for his injuries and is expected to survive.  Detectives processed the crime scene inside the restaurant and are reviewing video of the incident, Fitzgerald said. Intruder Shot By Homeowner In Fairfield County A Fairfield County resident shot a man who he says was an intruder at his home, according to police. The incident took place around 8:30 p.m. Thursday when a woman called 911 to report that her husband had just shot the person at their home, said Av Harris, spokesman for the Bridgeport Police. The 22-year-old man apparently left the area, and then called the police himself around 15 minutes later to say he had been shot, police said. Officers rushed to the area in the 100 block of Rainbow Road in Bridgeport and began looking for the man, who was not at the area he told 911 dispatchers. The…
