The Connecticut Department of Transportation resurfaced a total of 260 two-lane miles of roadways this construction season, Gov. Dannel P. And making his birth even more special:  Nico Anthony Mastronardi is the first baby born at Bridgeport Hospital in 2018.  He is the second child of Lisa and Michael Mastronardi, joining 2-year- old big brother Luca. And 10-year-old Jacob Sanchez of Montgomery in Orange County took his first big step in that direction by winning his first national figure skating medal on Friday.
