The claim was filed in Superior Court of New Jersey and alleges that Ailes made sexually explicit comments to Carlson, including innuendos, remarks about her body and demands for sex to improve her job standing, Politico.com reported.

Carlson is a former Miss America who joined Fox in 2005. She was a co-host of the morning show "Fox & Friends" until 2013. The lawsuit also alleges Carlson was fired from her position on "Fox & Friends" because she complained about co-host Steve Doocy. She was also the host of "The Real Story with Gretchen Carlson" until her contract was terminated on June 23 this year, Politico.com said.
