Food Drive At Danbury's Wooster School Dishes Up Turkeys For Pantry DANBURY, Conn. — Students from Danbury's Wooster School set out on a crisp cold morning and plenty of sunshine to run year’s turkey drive for the Daily Bread Food Pantry in Danbury. The Wooster team rolled into the Daily Bread parking lot Monday morning with 192 turkeys to the delight of the pantry's coordinator. Daws Fall Festival In Bethel Is The Cat's Meow BETHEL, Conn. – The Danbury Animal Welfare Society barked up the right tree and raised $500 at its first Fall Festival last month at its Bethel shelter. “The purpose of the event was community outreach and education,” said Teryl Flynn, the operations director of DAWS.
