A recommendation on whether to change start times will be made in May with a decision by the end of this school year, Greenwich Time said. Trumbull Police Report Arrests On Drug Charge, Shoplifting, Assault TRUMBULL, Conn. — The Trumbull police reported a number of arrests from Tuesday, Jan. 26, to Monday, Feb. 1.  The arrests included a drug charge against a man who had prescription pills in a Pringles container, an assault on Main Street and the arrest of a suspected shoe thief at Macy’s, the Times said. Grandmother Arrested After 2-Year-Old Is Found Wandering In Bridgeport BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A 54-year-old grandmother was arrested after her 2-year-old grandson was found wandering the streets of Bridgeport after a snowstorm Friday, according to the NBC Connecticut website. The unsupervised boy was found in the middle of the street near 115 Brookside Ave. at 4:55 p.m. Friday by a nearby resident, NBC said. Lucitania Mora of Brookside Avenue, who was taking care of the boy, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, NBC said. Stratford Police To Increase Patrols At Schools After Social Media Messages STRATFORD, Conn. — Stratford police will increase patrols at three schools Monday after a possibly threatening message was passed around by students on a social media messenger, according to the Stratford Star.  An eighth-grader at Wooster Middle School reported a threat in a group message on Kik that was titled, “Never be afraid to die,” Lt.
