Beauty Superstore To Make Norwalk Debut At Walmart Shopping Plaza NORWALK, Conn. — A beauty retailer will soon open the doors on its first store in Norwalk. Construction crews appeared to put the finishing touches on the future Ulta Beauty store on Route 7 on Wednesday. Staples, which is now located next to Ulta, previously occupied the space in the shopping center anchored by Walmart. Ulta is currently hiring employees for the new store, according to signs in the store's windows. The company's nearest store is currently in Port Chester, N.Y. Ulta is “the largest beauty retailer in the United States,” according its website.
