Man Wanted For Dragging Officers In Fairfield County Taken Into Custody A man wanted for dragging two Bridgeport police officers during a traffic stop, was nabbed during a raid by U.S. Marshals.Naquan Clarke, 22, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals from Connecticut and New York City after he was spotted inside a residence on 157th St., in Queens, said Brian O’Neill, with the U.S. Marshals District of Connecticut Violent Fugitive Task Force.
