Man Charged With Selling Fentanyl-Laced Heroin In Norwalk
A 33-year-old man was nabbed selling fentanyl-laced heroin following an investigation by Norwalk Police. Kentwan Chappell of Bridgeport was arrested on Tuesday, March 5, by the Special Services Division on Cottage Street, said Norwalk Police Lt. Terrence Blake. Chappell's arrest was in response to a tip received in January that he was selling heroin laced with fentanyl in Norwalk, police said.
