Man Who Operated CT Drug Mill Admits To Fentanyl Trafficking An ex-convict is facing up to life in prison after he was allegedly caught with a huge stash of hallucinogenic drugs and cash among other illegal items. Luis Ciuro, 36, of East Haven, waived his right to be indicted and pled guilty as part of a plea deal on Friday, Nov. 20, according to the office of U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut John Durham.  Ciuro is currently being held in custody pending sentencing in February.  Previously, Ciuro served 84 months in prison after reportedly conspiring to sell crack cocaine in 2008.  According to court documents, Mancheste…
