Norwalk's Wall Street Theater Opens With Sounds Of Broadway
NORWALK, Conn. -- The curtain is once again rising at Wall Street Theater in Norwalk.
In other words, after five years of renovating -- and a 20-year shuttering -- the 501c3 nonprofit organization, which operates under the mantra "Entertain. Enrich. Educate," is officially open.
To celebrate, it will kick off its new season on Monday, May 15 with "8," featuring eight of Broadway’s top stars.

'Baby' The Musical Takes The Stage At Darien Arts Center
DARIEN, Conn. -- Darien Arts Center Stage is proudly presenting "Baby," the musical, by Richard Maltby, Jr. and David Shire.
The spring production is directed by Carin Zakes and produced by Nova Hall, with musical direction by Dwayne Condon. Performances are on April 21, 22, 28, 29 and May 5 and 6 at 8 p.m., and April 23 and 30 at 2 p.m. in the DAC Weatherstone Studio.

Fairfield Eatery Donates Portion Of Tuesday Sales To Norwalk Nonprofit
FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- b.good in Fairfield is all about doing good.
And so, as part of its ongoing support for Food Rescue US, the Norwalk-based organization that delivers healthy food from businesses that have too much to people who have too little, it will donate five percent of its sales on Tuesday, April 18 to the non-profit.

Bankwell Hosts Stamford 'Shred Day' To Help Combat Identity Theft
STAMFORD, Conn. -- From credit cards to CDs, New Canaan-based Bankwell is helping Fairfield County residents safely dispose of expired personal financial information with a "Shred Day," this Saturday in downtown Stamford.
Free on-site shredding services will be held at the bank’s 612 Bedford St. branch on Saturday, April 15 from 9:00 a.m. until noon. Residents are encouraged to securely dispose of old disks, credit cards, passports, bills, invoices, checks, statements or other personal papers. Individuals are asked to limit their items to two 2 ft. square boxes.
