DARIEN, Conn. -- September marked the 10-year anniversary celebration for Fairfield's Business Network International’s (BNI) Edge Chapter. And it's looking to grow its network.
“It’s great having a sales team to work with each Thursday morning. I like being able to sit down with one of the BNI members and discuss a project I might have going and get their input," said Steve Seifert, owner of SP&G Printing Firm.
The Edge Chapter is one of Fairfield County’s most lucrative BNI Chapters. With 41 members, including three charter members, the successful business networking referral group is proud of both its staying power and endurance. This chapter has generated more than $2 million in closed business in the past 12 months.
BNI is the world's largest business networking and professional referral organization, providing more than 155,000 members in 48 countries the opportunity to share ideas, contacts, and business referrals.
Currently, BNI Edge is seeking new members from among the following professionals: trust and estate attorneys, personal trainers, massage therapist, hair salons, property managers, landscapers, and event planners. A full open category list and more on info on the chapter can be seen at bniedgect.com.
Visitors in categories not already represented are always welcome to visit the chapter, which meets every Thursday from 7:30 to 9:15 a.m. at Ten Twenty Post Restaurant, 1020 Post Road, Darien.
