Hainef Ramon Baker, 28, of Norwich, allegedly stole a Volkswagon parked outside a Valero gas station in Willimantic on Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 4, authorities said. A Fairfield County man is being held on a $750,000 bond after being charged with allegedly sexually assaulting a 4-year-old.
In May of 2023, the Norwalk Police Department’s Special Victims Unit began to investigate an incident where a 4-year-old was reported to have been sexually assaulted by Ricardo Cruz Cisneros, age 27.

Carlos Davila, age 21 of New London County was arrested on Wednesday, May 15 for the Montville incident, which occurred in 2021, Connecticut State Police announced.

A math coach who allegedly used a chokehold on an elementary student until they were unconscious in Fairfield County has resigned from her job.
The incident took place in Norwalk on Friday, Feb. 24 at Brookside Elementary School.
Following an investigation, Stefanie Sanabria, age 50, of Danbury, was arrested on a warrant at her home, said Deputy Chief Terrence Blake, of the Norwalk Police.

A Fairfield County man and woman have been arrested for the alleged sex trafficking of minors.
The two, identified as Teresa Martinez, age 36 of Bridgeport, and Eugene Luini, age 60, of Stamford, were arrested by Norwalk Police on Monday, Dec. 26, said Norwalk Deputy Chief Terrence Blake.
