Police Search For Vehicle Stolen In Newtown Newtown police asking the public for help locating the person responsible for stealing a vehicle from an area home. The vehicle, a 2017 silver Honda CRV was stolen from Indian Hill Lane sometime during the overnight hours between Wednesday, Jan. 15 and Thursday, Jan. 16.  Other recent crimes included: Several mailboxes on Crabapple Lane were vandalized overnight on Saturday, Jan. 11.
