Fairfield Police Arrest Suspect In Theft Of Ribs FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- A Fairfield man accused of stealing ribs from a local supermarket took three police agencies on a slow-speed chase before he was apprehended on Wednesday. Fairfield Police arrested Michael Kondrat of Four Seasons Road on sixth-degree larceny and engaging police in pursuit charges after it took the aid of state troopers and Westport police to finally bring him to a stop, according to the Hartford Courant. Police: Lab Test Leads To Westport Woman's Arrest On Heroin Charge WESTPORT, Conn. -- The lab results came back for a substance police found in Noelle Anastasia's possession during a March traffic stop and the Westport resident has been arrested on drug charges, police said. Officers served Anastasia with an outstanding warrant for her arrest on Aug. 22 at her Westport residence on a charge of possession of narcotics, police said. Anastasia, 25, was detained in a traffic stop on March 5, during which officers discovered what they believed to be heroin and drug paraphernalia, police said.
